Uncle Bub’s BBQ was built on a family dream that started in 1997 in Westmont, Illinois. With a passion for authentic, pit-smoked barbecue, our family set out to create a place where good food and good people could come together.

Today, Uncle Bub’s is still family-owned and family-run. We believe the little things matter — thoughtfully crafting our menu, welcoming every guest like family, and serving food we’re proud to share, all made with Bub Love.
