Fall is officially upon us and the emergence of Autumn ushers in a few of my favorite things – the vibrant color change of the leaves, warm apple cider on a chilly night and most of all; the Bubvarian! While you can enjoy the Bubtoberfest German-inspired plate every Tuesday during September and October, the real treat resides in the latter month. Better yet, it is available seven days a week, all month long.

As the chill dominates the weather, you will need some hearty meals keep you warm at night. Sundays are family nights at Uncle Bub’s. Come in a get an all you can eat dinner of pulled pork, fried chicken and homemade sides for one set price.

We know you have a busy schedule. We want to help. This October, save yourself the trouble of cooking and bring home some family packs. If you pick them up Monday thru Thursday, you will save 20% on that meal as we journey towards our 20 year anniversary in November. Make sure not to pass up this incredible offer.

One last bit of news – last month I mentioned our rib crew heading out to the “Best in the West” rib cook-off in Reno. This is a wonderful event that features some of the best pitmasters from all over the country. I am happy to report that Uncle Bub’s has taken 1 st place sauce and 2 nd place rib honors at the competition! We are so grateful for the recognition and all the continued support that we have received now and for the past 20 years.
