As winter begins to fade, March emerges with new specials to look forward too. Our Lenten Fridays will spark the beginning of our fish specials, where beer battered cod will make its long-awaited return to the menu. If you are a corned beef fan, you are in luck! For St. Patrick’s weekend we are bringing back our famous corned beef and cabbage dinners and sandwiches. They will be available as smoked and traditional. We will also have our famous smoked Rueben sandwich available every Tuesday in March. Also, be on the lookout for our restaurant week specials. We will be offering Full Slab baby back rib dinners for $20 as well as a half smoked chicken dinner dipped in our Alabama White Wash BBQ sauce. These will be running daily Thursday, March 9th through Sunday, March 19th. I know you will want to mark your calendars for this fun event! Of course, being the 20th anniversary and all, we couldn’t let it just end there. Every purchase in March will enter you into a raffle to win an Uncle Bub’s Tee Shirt. There will be a new winner drawn every day! Lastly (but certainly not least), we will have a returning favorite to the menu – the Cordon Bub Sandwich. This delicious offering is a chicken breast with melted Swiss cheese topped with our smoked ham. It will be available every day as our Sandwich of the month. I hope to see you soon!
