Spring is in full swing and we at Uncle Bub’s can’t contain our excitement. With festival season right around the corner, we want to get a jump start and bring one of our most popular festival offerings to the restaurant – The Mac Momma! This delicious bowl of our ever popular homemade mac and cheese is topped with are slow smoked pulled pork, bbq sauce, and bbq seasoning! But we figured, “Why stop there?” That’s right, Mac Madness has overtaken us, so in addition to the Mac Momma, come in any day and get the Mac Daddy (brisket on top) or our current sandwich of the month – The Burnt End Mac hoagie. This monster of a sandwich joins our pan glazed burnt ends with our homemade mac and cheese on a delicious toasted hoagie roll. It is truly not to be missed.

Stop in on Mondays all month to try the Chicago style pork sandwich. This takes our house cut pork chops to a new level. We still bathe it in our exclusive Kentucky pork chop sauce, but then top it with American cheese, grilled onions, dill pickles and our bold and gold bbq sauce. Also, when choosing your sides, don’t forget to check out our featured side of the day. This will be something not available on the current everyday menu offerings. This month expect to see baby carrots, freshly seasoned green beans, and steakhouse potato salad. Stop on in and see which one is offered today!

Don’t forget to get your holiday Easter pickups in before time runs out. For those who haven’t done the Holiday pickups before, check out our flyer. You can pick out your smoked hams, turkeys, lamb roasts and prime rib and compliment them with holiday side dishes and desserts. You can pick them up on the 15th with heating instructions for your perfectly prepared food. It makes it nice and simple so you can do what you deserve – spend time with the family. Just make sure to get your order in by the 12th and we will take care of all the rest.
